Overall Rating: 3 out of 5 – Opinion Outpost seems to have smoothed out most of it’s rough edges. Most of the issues that plagued it during my last few review are not completely gone. They are still have been some major hindrances in the overall difficulty of the surveys and qualifying for the rewards. I have often found myself in mid-survey. When I am kicked or glitch-ed out for no reason (What So Ever). I don’t even get the screen. That asks me if I want to try for an Instant Prize/Donate/ or Leave.
That is honestly a really rather sad situation. When we put in the time and effort into said survey. And are receiving ABSOLUTELY nothing in return, other then the run around or just really rather lame excuses why it is our fault. That to me is just unacceptable in every respect.

Sorry to send you this much, but I have many problems in OO. Now i can receive surveys, but all of them still disqualified. Yesterday I also found that Ipsos is on maintenance , today I received a survey invitation from them, but disqualified and cannot redirect back to account, only back to a page said it’s undergoing regular maintenance. Can you try the link http://www.i-say.com (Link Approved By Erin -CSW- Comment Moderator) and see if you have the same message because I want to know if I am not the only one. Thank you!

I maybe making too much noise next to you, but OO just made me very very angry and disappointed. Today I received 6 surveys, all of them just disqualified at the end and in the middle. Help desk just told me to try later again. They are not helping, they are discourage me. Look like they don’t want me to participate as successful before. I see you gave them 3 out of 5, but I will give them 1 out of 5.
Ipsos also the same, after they changed a new face, all the surveys I completed today also not credit to me. They also not reply to me. I redeemed $20 paypal on May 27, but until now, the status is still in step 1, not moving to step 2. In the past, only need 3 to 4 days to move to step 2.
I suppose to be very successful in OO and ipsos, but now they are not anymore. I only have gmi and mysurvey remain, but they also seem don’t have much surveys to do, last week, I only got one from gmi and nothing from mysurvey.

I’m just saying be careful because people who make too much noise tend to get trended on. They end up with a bad rep and I don’t want to see that happen to someone as dedicated to survey sites as you seem to be.

Yesterday I received 7 surveys in OO, only got one magazine survey and another Mexico meal survey. Totally 20 points. But still don’t know why I cannot participate Ipsos from OO, all the 5 surveys are from them. Ipsos is normal now, but the ordered paypal still in step 1, usually it only needs 3 to 4 day to step 2. Today I checked, the status is still in step 1. It’s already one week. I am starting to worry about it and OO.

Thanks for the update. Be patient you’ll get your money soon enough. It’s really not worth it to over worry about things like that. Things take time and remember it is the summer time now. Things go slower admin wise on survey sites. But they tend to have more surveys worth more points. Such as beer surveys or BBQ and other summer-y subject matter.
You maybe even lucky enough to get a taste test survey. I had 5 last year all for beer. I love me my beer.

After a week, I finally got the money from mysurvey and Ipsos. After Ipsos upgrated the website, I found that I got more surveys than before, but they don’t offer 5 rewards points for not a match and quota full surveys again.
About OO, it’s very very disappointed and angry. Even I still have 85 points last week, but this week, I only received 3 surveys, and only got one completed, 5 points only. I saw many people complained on facebook and also about cannot redeem points for many days. I tried to redeem 100 points, error message. Tried again today, same error message. Help desk said they will need sometimes to look into this but they said may take up to 3 months. This is ridiculous. Also I keep receiving surveys from the client “Ipsos.com”. You told me that you don’t have problem, help desk also said there is no problem. I guess I am member of I-say (Ipsos), so they don’t let me do it from OO. But how come all of the surveys in OO are from Ipsos.com now? If they keep using this cilent, I don’t have a chance to earn points.
Right now, I can only rely on mintvine, mysurvey, gmi, ipsos, angus reid (less survey), and a chance to earn $50 from Vindale (need 2 to 3 months to earn $50) .

OO is quite normal these 2 weeks, I receive survey everyday but not a lot. I got 80 points average each week. This week I got some disqualified after completed, they said the survey is still open and after the survey is closed, I will get my points after 4 weeks. This is ridiculous.
Don’t know what is going on with Ipsos, they keep sending me invitations but all direct me to technical issue page. Also I redeemed $15 paypal order on June 16, until now I still didn’t receive the money. They used to pay within 10 to 13 days, now it’s already 17 days, I have sent out tons of messages to them since last Friday, but no one reply to me. Last time I only need to wait for 13 days including weekends. I hope they are not going to shut down or going to kick me out.
GMI also has no surveys for me since last Tuesday. Last tuesday I completed 2 surveys , but all of them direct me to screen out message. don’t know what is going on!

Finally received $15 paypal from Ipsos, 18 days. Ipsos becomes more weird today, all surveys I received direct me to technical issue page. They keep ignore my messages, no other choices, just stop for a few days and see.
So I will redeem another $15 next Monday or Tuesday because of 4th of July long weekend in USA. Also will redeem $10 from mysurvey next week.
Today OO has no surveys , so I guess I will try again next week because tomorrow is busy and my internet usage only has 10 GB remains for 21 days.
GMI also acting weird, today I completed 2 surveys also direct me to a page said “Screen out”. Don’t know why.

Long time not comment OO . After a month of success, without any error in OO, I suddenly not qualify for any of the completed surveys again. This week I completed 8 surveys, but all direct me to not qualify page. The help desk told me that they have verified that I really did not qualify and they don’t know why I completed the survey and direct to not qualify page. They also cannot give me the points or some points for them. That’s totally 65 points. This week, I can only completed their survey, asked me the opinion of OO, so I only have 5 points. After this survey, I keep receiving not qualify page after completed.
I also found that GMI, mysurvey, Ipsos, angus reid forum also have less surveys or no survey for me. In angus reid, I just need $5 more to redeem, but they just keep me disqualified. Also in gmi, I also just need 30 points to redeem and they just don’t send me surveys, also in vindale, only need $0.98 to redeem, but they also did the same thing.

Anyways onto the subject matter at hand. The lack of surveys. I have noticed a lack of overall surveys as well. The difficulty of qualifying has also increased 10 fold.
Survey sites are penny pinching now as well. Even thou I do get a lot of invites to the survey sites I belong to there are no where near the number of surveys as I had last summer and the summers prior to that.
Normally it goes X-mas , summer, back to school and end of year topic wise. We normally see way more surveys in them 4 times each year. For what ever reason this year we have not.

Finally received some missing points from OO, I wish they will be stable this week. I also received $53 from vindale, this is 3rd payment since I joined. Also received $10 from mysurvey, only Ipsos, don’t know what is wrong with them, I redeemed $15 from them on July 28 , until now still nothing and I sent them 4 messages last week and they didn’t reply to me, this time is the longest waiting, over 3 weeks. I still have $40 in Ipsos. Do you think I should move on to redeem another $15 and continue to do their survey?

Hmm. It’s already over 3 weeks, still not received the money from Ipsos, this is the first time to wait this long and they have less surveys than before. Some of my friends asked me to leave 2 months ago, because they also experienced the same problem, they told me that they have waited for 1 month, still no money and help desk just keep ignored or keep told them to wait.
I just redeemed $50 from GMI, hope they will send me money. Vindale is now very easy to earn points for me, for the past, it’s very hard to qualify for one survey. I am still waiting for angus reid forum, I just need $4.5 more to redeem $50. But they have less surveys than before, I only received one survey from them last month.

Oh? you received “Cheque” from Ipsos? I only see they have paypal option only. I use paypal to redeem money from them. So usually takes 3 weeks, the shortest time is only a week. That’s why I feel surprise and weird that they still didn’t send me money over 3 weeks.
OO just suddenly asked me to participate a profile survey with no points with that. After this survey, I didn’t receive any surveys today.

I finally received the money from Ipsos. I kept sending them messages and they finally replied and help me to see what is going on? The money was ready last Monday but they didn’t know why it didn’t sent to paypal.
And in OO, I received a total of 6 surveys in a row last Friday, this is crazy but good, I hope they will send me more this week.
Now I have more than 4600 points in Ipsos, do you think I should redeem $15 paypal now, or wait after labour day? Because last time I redeemed was on July 28 and the second week was civic holiday, so I guess it’s long weekend problem cause the accounting department forgot to send money to paypal. Do you think I should redeem it today or within this week?

A: I would wait to redeem it till after labour day and week is over. Then redeem it the first Monday afterwards. Best error on the safe side.

OO looks normal again, last week I earned over 110 points, and this week until today, I earned 55 points and won a 10 points instant win. But they have less surveys, these 3 days, I only received 3 surveys, but earned 45 points, 10 points from instant win. Another thing I don’t like is, they forced me to update my profile every 2 months.
Also I found that other survey sites are acting weird. Just like GMI, I received more than 15 surveys since aug 23, but only got one completed, other completed surveys result as screen out, I don’t know why. I tried to contact customer support, but they replied to me in a few hours and the answers are not related. I have tried a couple of times, same person and same answer replied to me. This is so weird. I can do nothing about it.
Other survey sites also have less surveys than before.

I’m also happy with OO and have earned quite a few points over the last month. But as for the request to update your profile every 2 months. I feel that is ridicules and they have not said anything to me mine is at least 3 or 4 months out of date.
I also agree there are way less surveys around these days. Other then maybe MySurvey they seem to have a whole lotta surveys as of late.

Today I received 3 surveys in OO, all are 15 points surveys and sucessfully completed. This is first time so smooth and with no errors. I hope they can keep this way.
About GMI, I keep receiving screenout surveys, but they gave me back the two surveys I completed yesterday. They have lot of surveys but don’t know why all screen out when I click start. I just updated my profile in gmi today, hope this help.
About Ipsos, they keep having technical problem, they supposed to be normal this week since Monday, but today they have errors again, all new surveys direct me to error page and I completed one 90 points survey, but they didn’t give me when I go back to home page. I suppose can redeem about $30 from them every month, now I can only redeem $15 or nothing. This is suppose to be a good site.

Just found that the survey number in OO suddenly changed, they suppose to be ORD-XXXXX-XXXX, today I found that they all changed to PRJ-XXXXX-XXXX. Also the survey/reward history is blank. Yesterday I completed one 15 points survey and result as not qualify, then sent a message in the afternoon, but until today they still didn’t reply to me, I want to send them message again, but the survey history is blank, so I cannot find the survey number. I wish they will fix it asap.
Ipsos still having issue, all surveys about 10 surveys in avalialbe survey page are not working. I am worrying about the money I redeemed this Monday. I redeemed $15 on Sept 2nd and very surprise, they transferred the money to my bank account within 7 days, this is the fastest one.
In GMI, the customer support told me to update my profile, after I updated, I received and completed surveys successfully, I guess it’s about my profile not updated for half year.
I hope OO has no problem and not going to shut down because it’s weird they changed the survey number from ORD to PRJ.

Thanks for the update. I’m sorry to hear about your issues with OO. But they changed the code to PRJ for “Project“. It’s probably easier for them then what they had before.
Now about GMI….I’ve never had luck with them. But my mom has had a boat load of surveys from them. I was told they are not looking for my age group. They prefer someone under 30 with kids.

This week OO is being ridiculous again, all 21 surveys I received are result as not qualify or quota full. This week is the worst week. I am sure I did completed most of the surveys, but at the end, they just direct me to not qualify page. I got 0 points this week. I sent some messages about the completed surveys, but they just asked me to wait for 2 months for verification. This is nuts.
Only mysurveys, gmi, angus reid forum and ipsos are normal. Ipsos is fixed the problems and I can successfully complete their surveys. I just earned enough money to redeem in angus reid forum, also in mysurveys.

Maybe it’s about my firefox problem, firefox just updated the browser since last week for 3 times, today I just updated to 32.03. Before this version, 32.01 and 32.02 are very unstable, loading very slow and keep having security problems when go to some websites such as facebook. After I updated the latest version, today I completed 5 surveys in OO in a row without a problem, totally 65 points. And I am ready to redeem in OO next week.
Also very successful in GMI, so I guess it’s the browser problem.

I guess OO has the issue again. I only received 5 points since last week. I have completed over 15 surveys, but at the end , they all didn’t direct me to my account, all said not qualify. I sent some messages to help desk, they always said the surveys are still open and asked me to wait 4 to 6 weeks. This is ridiculous. I have another 4 surveys which completed 5 weeks ago, they also gave me the same answer. I just sent them my problem and may stop doing the survey this week, let see if they will fix the problem.
I also found that same problem happen in ipsos and vindale, after completed, no points credit to me. Today I completed 3 surveys from ipsos, but no points. The only normal one is GMI and mysurveys.

OO help desk replied to me this morning, they only gave me 5 points for a completed survey because they said their record shows that I am not qualified but they see that I have spent significant times on it, so they gave me 5 points. For the past, they usually gave me 10 points. But it’s so weird, I really completed to the end and rate the survey, I don’t know why it result as not qualify. And the other 5 surveys which have the same problem, they said those surveys are still open and asked me to wait for another 4 weeks, 2 of them are completed on September 26, I have already waited for a month, now they told me to wait for another 4 weeks? this is nuts!
But today I got 3 surveys and completed without a problem, this is weird. All are 10 points and 15 points. Hope they will give me more tonight and tomorrow.
