Q: When It Comes To Cleaning My Mouse. What Do You Recommend I Use ? And How Often Should I Clean It ?
A: Well that would depend on what kind of Mouse you have. But I generally recommend a flush-able wet wipe. Try to get one that is for sensitive skin and has no scent to it.
Or you could use a Q-tip with some rubbing alcohol on it. For the scroll wheel. Or if you are real old school and have a mouse with a ball in it take it out and dunk it some rubbing alcohol and roll it around then remove it and dry it off real well. Or you could also use a wet wipe.
You should be cleaning your mouse at least once a month. But if you eat around your computer or have a pet. You may want to think about cleaning it once a week. Or after each snack or meal you had while using your mouse. I personally use a clean kleenext to place on top of my mouse to keep it clean while I am eating at my computer.
Then when you are done wash your hands and toss the tissue away and you should be good to go with no sticky mouse issues.
