Hello and welcome everyone…Today I am going to talk about a subject I have gotten a very large number of e-mails regarding and that is “How do you report scams or phishing attacks to the Computer Savvy Weblog ?“
Ok, so it is really easy just follow these steps and you on your way….
Step #1: Locate the e-mail you want to report
Step #2: Please Make sure you tell me what your e-mail address is and what the scammer e-mail address is (I will not post e-mail address that I am unsure of)
Step #3: Forward e-mail to computer.savvy@hotmail.com (I will not accept any attachments)
Step #4: Your done (Provided you did what I asked about above, you’ll receive a reply from me)

Q: What kind of reply should I expect from the computer Savvy Weblog ?
A: Well it depend on what you send me and what you ask me to do ?
** If you ask me to tell you if it is a real e-mail then that is what you’ll get in return a simple YES or NO answer
** If you are not asking me a question and are just reporting a scam or phishing attack. You’ll get a thank you in response to your e-mail and if their e-mail address will be added top my list/database. When the right number of scam e-mails in that category are fulfilled (If you want to know what that number is please refer to my (ABOUT PAGE TAB) –Under the Computer Savvy Weblog Policy’s-)

Download McAfee Site Advisor. Small download installs easily and seems to work very well. Just one more thing on top of my three antivirus and three firewalls.
That is how bad it has gotten now on the internet.
Dear Roy,
Yeah I hear ya….the Internet and technology is getting way more scary and dangerous as the days wear on….Sad but turn. But if you are in the technology security field like I am then your job is pretty much guaranteed.
Thanks for the comment,
