How did you get to work for the (CSW) crew ?
Kirbe’s Answer: Hummmm, I guess the right place and time. I submitted a CV/ Resume to Remy who passed in to Danny. Who is in change of hiring. After a week or so I was told I made the first and second cut. I wrote a post and Danny and the crew liked it. Then soon there after. I was a full time member of the (CSW) crew.
and how did you get promoted so fast ?
Kirbe’s Answer: I have no idea. I hope it is because of my writing style and dedication.
(Inserted after post formating) Danny’s Follow Up Comment: I think what is important to note about Kirbe “Close To The Flash Point” is. That he e-mailed the right person and showed an interest in (CSW) and was able to give lots of examples of what he liked about us and what he thought we could improve,
If you want to work for us (In any capacity). Show me that you care about us and your a shoe in. What is or was your favorite (CSW) feature. And who is your favorite writer. Saying that it is Remy, Matt or myself without backing up your reasons. Will not get you in the front of the line. To be hired.
