Alpha Inventions (Blog Promotion Site) – Full Website Review

Well to start off I have to say besides survey sites. We here @ the (CSW) generally don’t review websites. But we made an exception for both Twitter and Co-Tweet. And now we are doing the same for Alpha Inventions.

The main reason for this review, well that is pretty simple. I have been following this site for sometime now and now I believe it is more then deserving of  a review from us. So from everyone at The Computer Savvy Weblog we all hope you enjoy it.

The purpose of Alpha Inventions is to connect bloggers with each other in a faster way, so there are no gaps in communication. Targeted communication will improve.

1. Q: Who Can Use Alpha Inventions ?

A: Well anyone can use Alpha Inventions if they want. But it is mainly for bloggers who want to get their own blog noticed or a friends blog noticed.

2. Q: Is Alpha Inventions Safe To Use ?

A: Yes, it is. But there are some blogs with POP UP ads. That could carry viruses. “Could” but very doubtful from my experience thus far. Just mainly the rare pop-up ad is your biggest concern. Thou I still admit pretty rare at this time.

3. Q: Is Alpha Inventions Easy To Use ?

A: Yes, Alpha Inventions is very easy to use.

1A. Sign up

1B. Then add your blog or a friends blog.

1C. Add the Alpha Inventions link to your blog roll

1D. Then when ever there is a new blog post. That blog has a chance to be viewed by the Alpha Inventions viewer ship.

1E. Generally resulting in certain number of random hits to said blog.

Or

2A. You can add the Alpha Inventions widget if it is your blog.

2B. Make Sure to Add the Alpha Inventions link to your blog roll

2C. Then when ever someone presses the Alpha Inventions widget.

2D.  Then said blog is placed in 1st position in the rotation of 11 blogs being shown. That blog has a chance to be viewed by the Alpha Inventions viewer ship.

2E. Till that blog gets bumped by someone else.

2F . By which time generally said blog results in a certain number of random hits to said blog.

4. Q: Should I Allow My Kids To Use Alpha Inventions ?

A: No, reason they can’t. But there maybe some more mature content issues. But so far I have not seen any X rated content.

5. Q: Is Alpha Inventions Stable ?

A: Generally yes….thou during our tests. My mates computer refused to allow him to view the page. “Saying that the website could not be found”

6. Q: Is Alpha Inventions Useful ?

A: Yeah, I feel it is very useful. But not all bloggers will want to use it. Because the traffic flow is very random and often does not get comments or only gets you spam comments.

A: No, you do not.

A: Yes, it is possible but very very unlikely

A: I don’t think so. But a few people have had issue with it.

A: Yes, but only on the rare occurrence.

11. Q: Does Alpha Inventions cost anything

A: There is a pay version of the service for $9.97 USD. But I have yet to determine how useful or if it is worth it.

**But I do believe in if you like and use the service. A donation or paying for your own AIID# User Number would be a nice thing to do. And I’ll let you guys know when I do it myself.

Final overall score for Alpha Inventions is a 3.5 out of 5 – This site will be very useful for some people. Others will hate the whole idea of random hits. I personally had a love hate feeling about the whole idea of Alpha Inventions. But now I see the site as just another promotion tool.

Alpha Inventions is prime for new blogger or new blogs that are just getting started. You guys know what I mean. If you are getting less then a 100 hits. Kind of new.

But people please I beg of you listen up. This site will not make up for poor design or poor post/articles. If your blog is terrible a few extra hits will not help you much. Google will not up your ranking.
