Overall a 4 out of 5 – This is the full program with all possible buttons, not that you need all the buttons in the first place. There really should not be that much confusion as to what each button does.

Personally I prefer CCleaner as its registry cleaner is safe, and is FREE.
Plus registry mechanic is ransom ware if you don’t purchase it.

Dear Brad,
Never said it was free…but point taken about the Ransom ware comment. CCleaner has it positives and negatives..and on top of that aspect when ever I have had a registry virus or a program that is a sloppy un-installer CCleaner does not always do the job. Like PC tools does and I mean any PC tools registry program Desktop Maestro , Desktop Mechanic or Registry mechanic.
