Dear Readers,

Now You Can Follow The Computer Savvy Weblog Via Twitter: https://twitter.com/Computer_Savvy

It’s that time again…. survey website review time

Name: LightSpeed Panel

Link: http://us.lightspeedpanel.com/US/public/index.us?

Who is eligible: Canada, US and UK

Type of Award or payment: Sweepstakes / Points (Cash or Prizes)

Points or Cash normally earned per survey:: 5-600 points

Sign-up time: Really short

How many Surveys to expect per week: 1-15

How Long to collect reward: Been with them 6 years earned: $200.00

Do they Spam you: No

Number of Survey received over 6 year since joining: Lost count

Overall rating: 3.5 out of 5 – This survey company has kept on rising the number of LightSpeed points you need to cash in for Paypal  money. It seems that ever few months they raise said point amount needed to get Payapl payout. Now it seem not only do they pay out after many many surveys and points later. But they do pay out rather fast.

How do you get anyone from Lightspeed to contact you?? I have been trying and trying and trying and trying. I earned $5 and requested payment and they processed this 8/4 it’s now 8/19 and still no payment. Lauren who you are supposed to contact doesn’t respond at all!! Is this a scam?????!!!!

      Dear Christine,

This is not a scam by a long shoot. It is just really bad customer service. They will not respond to e-mails of any kind…But you should always allow about 4 weeks more before you get credited because the 8/4 weeks applies to when the reach the amount they needed for the survey. Not when you completed the survey and yes they don’t tell you that.

Again not a scam because I and my crew have earned a couple of hundred dollars with them. But your are right they don’t ever respond to e-mails in my experience any ways.

Just know most survey sites/companies don’t actually credit your account to about double as long as they promise so 4 weeks becomes 8 weeks and so on down the line. As well often $5 is enough to actually claim your money. I’ll have to look into that, But what I know for sure is they do points and not money you save enough point and your can get your $10, $15, $50 Paypal payout. Or you can redeem your points for songs downloads or if you live in the US some other cool prizes.

      Thanks for the comment…

Hope that explains what is going on with Lightspeed and yes if you are wondering I don’t agree with the way they deal with concerns and non-payment. But wait and see I have never had a non-payment issues with them only bad survey links.

If you require more help or have more questions by all means drop me a line….

      Later Dayz,
