I have to applaud AVG/Grisoft for the new AVG Free Anti-Virus Forum well done it much better organized. But my good vibs ends there. It is still hard to post issues/problems on the new forum do to the same rules that hindered everyday users of AVG Free Anti-Virus from posting. If you guys wish to look at what you need to do before you’ll get a reply from a forum moderator here are the links to the new forum, then to the new AVG Free Anti-Virus Forum posting guidelines.

AVG Free Anti-Virus Posting Guidelines: http://forums.avg.com/ww.avg-free-forum?sec=thread&act=show&id=929
**But I do want to say that the guidelines are not as long or as confusing as the old forum guidelines were so well done there…..

Hey everyone I found out this morning after looking to see if my AVG Free Anti-Virus had updated to the newest version (8.5.386) and it had. The new version of AVG Free Anti-Virus is still not available via www.download.com. But when the new version is available I will indeed add it as soon as it is up and available to me.
Till Then,
Se7en

If anyone has any ideas or alternatives in regards to this issue pleaser let me know via comment or e-mail @ computer.savvy@hotmail.com

I found out when I downloaded FireFox 3.5, that my favourite them RedShift V3 will not work with FireFox 3.5 and I am really am very disappointing by this. Since it took me such a long time to find one theme I really did like and now am forced to use the default theme
which stinks…

It appears that there is a new Update for Mozilla FireFox 3.5 here is the list of some of the fixes and improvements…
**Firefox 3.5 is based on the Gecko 1.9.1 rendering platform, which has been under development for the past year. Firefox 3.5 offers many changes over the previous version, supporting new web technologies, improving performance and ease of use. Some of the notable features are:
- Available in more than 70 languages. (Get your local version!)
- Support for the HTML5 <video> and <audio> elements including native support for Ogg Theora encoded video and Vorbis encoded audio.
- Improved tools for controlling your private data, including a Private Browsing Mode.
- Better web application performance using the new TraceMonkey JavaScript engine.
- The ability to share your location with websites using Location Aware Browsing.
- Support for native JSON, and web worker threads.
- Improvements to the Gecko layout engine, including speculative parsing for faster content rendering.
- Support for new web technologies such as: downloadable fonts, CSS media queries, new transformations and properties, JavaScript query selectors, HTML5 local storage and offline application storage, <canvas> text, ICC profiles, and SVG transforms.
