Now I feel it is strange that AVG Free Forum is not even run by AVG/Grisoft staff. Instead it is run by what I call users or fan boys of AVG Free Anti-Virus. Now this is not the first time I have seen this done. It is actually very common for free products as well as some video game sites mainly to say money and resources for paid products.
Now there are good and bad things with relation to this. One my site greatly benefits from this lack of professional answers or even the lack of speed and or even the level of difficult for getting the answers everyday people like me need.
Now I have got flake for being to hard on AVG/Grisoft and I know people are gonna ask me where I got this information. Trust me, I would ask the same question myself. So I will site the source and quote from the AVG Free Anti-Virus Forum.

** I just want to make it clear this is not a slam of AVG or Grisoft by any means I personally have found some very useful information. But I was unaware of this aspect of AVG Free Forum or had lacked proof to present to my readers.
** The second stament I wanted to relay to everyone not jsut my readers is. This way of dealing with your core users is useful to very very few people and people with the common questions will find in more then just difficult to relay issues in this format.

Ohh yes!! There is soooo many ways to make money online. It is some good once and some that are not good at all. I have walked the long way to find out what did work and what did NOT work.
Do Not Chase The Money – Give Value & Let The Money Chase You. That`s how it works!
But it is true though, the good ol`cliche: “The Money Is In The List”.
List building is something you should NEVER skip in your efforts to make money online.
I have written a cool free guide how I build my list quite fast and effective.
I have got some really great feedbacks from it… It`s definitive worth a read.

After the online FAQ services, subscribers to the AVG Free Forum themselves and volunteer moderators are the primary support mechanism for AVG Free users. AVG monitors the forum regularly through its customer service representatives. However, the volunteer moderators are the contact point with AVG should top-level issues arise. There are additional support services. This includes being able to submit problems to customer support through email, available to paid subscribers, and a Premium Paid Support services option. The Premium option is not part of AVG’s paid subscription service.

I am well aware of how your forum works and I am also very aware that the paid version of AVG gets full support. I also know as I said in my post that AVG Free Forum is not run by AVG /Grisoft staff but instead tend to keep on eye on it. But I know very well that AVG does not respond to e-mail in regards to AVG FREE ANTI-VIRUS questions because I get e-mails and comments daily about that issues as well as an e-mail from you guys saying that you don’t respond to e-mails in regards to AVG FREE and only respond to AVG PAID subscribers.
